NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the variation* of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

TO EXTEND THE HOURS FOR SALE OF ALCOHOL, DAILY FROM 06:00 UNTIL MIDNIGHT. CURRENTLY 08:00 UNTIL 23:00, SUNDAY 10:00 UNTIL 22:30 HOURS

All relevant representations will be available for public inspection and also published on the council's website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine of any amount.
