14(1) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Oxford, Lye Valley - Footpath Closure Date of Order: 25 April 2022 Coming into force: 2 May 2022 This Order is being introduced because of construction of 10 houses which is anticipated to be completed 3 October 2022. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily Footpath No.320/80/40 which runs parallel to Boundary Brook behind Warren Crescent. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of footpath. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. The alternative route for those affected by the closure is signed as a parallel route and via Warren Crescent. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.T9973/AC)
