The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a southern part width of Rowberry Street, abutting the rear boundary of The Hop Pole Hotel, Market Square, at Bromyard, in the County of Herefordshire.

If made, the Order would authorise the stopping up only to enable development to be carried out should planning permission be granted by Herefordshire Council. The Secretary of State gives notice of the draft Order under Section 253 (1) of the Act.

Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be available for inspection during normal opening hours at Bromyard and Winslow Town Council, The Old Vicarage, 1 Rowberry Street, Bromyard HR7 4DU in the 28 days commencing on 07 April 2022, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the addresses stated below quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5031.
