(Halstead Road, Gosfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Halstead Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from the boundary of No 73 NE approx. 10m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 10/04/2022 for one day or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Sewer connection to main sewer and collaborative works with Anglian Water are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Halstead Road, White Ash Green, Sloe Hill, Chapel Hill, A131, Market Hill, A1124, A1017, Halstead Road. and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10/04/2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Alexandra Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alexandra Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m east of its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 95m in an easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010650504 -Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water An alternative route is available via Alexandra Road, Church Street, Rectory Road, Swan Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Audley End, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Audley End, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 800m north of the junction with Hedingham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010666065/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queen Street/Potter Street, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 215m north of the junction with Halstead Road/Braintree Road for a distance of approximately 220m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD0301064604/s/2 - Anglian Water). (Ramsey Road/Mitchell Avenue, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Ramsey Road/ Mitchell Avenue, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Abels Road to the junction with Holman Road a distance of approximately 370m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Ramsey Road/Mitchell Avenue, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Abels Road to the junction with Holman Road a distance of approximately 370m.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2022 for 30 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2318400 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage system construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Ramsey Road, Oxford Road, Warren Road, Upper Trinity Road, Trinity Road, Mount Pleasant, New Street, Neale Road, Mitchell Avenue and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mount Hill, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount Hill, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m north east of its junction with Ramsey Road for a distance of approximately 145m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th April 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010655694/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Bournebridge Hill, Pennypot Corner, Halstead Road, Gosfield Road, The Street, Hedingham Road, Halstead Road - A1124, High Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Sloe Lane, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sloe Lane, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bradleys Lane to its junction with Sloe Hill a distance of approximately 625m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd April 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT025-ADDT -Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Bradleys Lane, White Ash Green and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 31st March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
