The above Order made on the 30 March 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -
Upgrading to a Restricted Byway the public right of way from the bend in Mill Lane at grid reference SP 2715 0174 (point A on the order plan), running generally north for approximately 383 metres to a point situated where a track runs to the east at grid reference SP 2710 0213 (point B on the Order plan) and
Upgrading to a Bridleway the public right of way from a point situated at grid reference SP 2710 0213 (point B on the Order plan), running generally north for approximately 492 metres to Calcroft Lane at grid reference SP 2707 0261 (point C on the Order plan). Upgrading part of Clanfield Footpath No. 9 to a Restricted Byway from the junction with Clanfield Footpath No. 9 atgrid reference SP 27090 01341, running south-west for approximately 85 metres to the parish boundary and junction with Grafton and Radcot Bridleway No. 3 and Footpath No. 5 at SP 2703 0127.
