Addition of Drayton (Abingdon) Footpath 31 and Abingdon Footpath 32 Modification Order 2021
On the 28 March 2022, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -Deleting from them that part of Drayton (Abingdon) Footpath 24 which runs from grid reference SU 4861 9547 in an easterly direction for approximately 215m to SU 4882
9547.
Adding to them the footpath from Drayton (Abingdon) Footpath 24 at grid reference SU 4861 9547 in a northerly direction for approximately 19m to SU 4861 9549, continuing in an easterly direction for approximately 222m to SU 4883 9549, and then in a northeasterly direction for approximately 182m to SU 4898 9559 at the Abingdon Parish boundary and the footpath from the boundary with Drayton (Abingdon) Parish at grid reference SU 4898 9559 in an east-north-easterly direction for approximately 26m to SU 4901 9559, continuing in a south-easterly direction for approximately 29m to SU 4903 9557 where it meets Abingdon Footpath 3.

On the 28 March 2022, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -Upgrading the Footpath to a Restricted Byway from the northern boundary of the A4095 at grid reference SP 3988 1328, running in a north-north-easterly direction along the western boundary of North Leigh Common for approximately256 metres to SP 3994 1353 where it meets Boddington Lane.

On the 28 March 2022, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: -Adding to them the footpath from Main Road, East Hagbourne at grid reference SU 5251 8834, running generally north east for approximately 61 metres to Harwood Road at grid reference SU 5255 8838. The orders as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the orders wants to question their validity, on the ground that they are not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the orders, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 7 April 2022, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
