Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises as well as opening hours.
Variation to extend forward existing licence (currently 18:00 22:30) to supply the following up to a maximum of two Fridays as part of two weekend events per year on the sports field, events field or amphi theatre.

Provision of live music -Friday -14:00 to 18:00
Provision of recorded music -Friday -14:00 to 18:00
Provision of performances of dance -Friday -14:00 to 18:00
Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance -Friday -14:00 to 18:00

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL during normal working hours (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or any persons must be made in writing to the above address or by email to licensing@maldon.gov.uk  by 27th April 2022. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine. The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday
