Road (Scotland) Act 1984 East Lothian Council (C122 (Part) And U208 Oxwell Mains Dunbar) (Stopping Up) Order 2022 To 085/22

East Lothian Council gives notice that it intends to make an Order under section 68(1) of the Road (Scotland) Act 1984 to Stop Up a section of the C122 and the whole of the U208 at Oxwell Mains, Dunbar as a suitable alternative route for pedestrians and cyclists exists. These documents are available for inspection for the period from Monday 11 April 2022 to Friday 6 May 2022 during normal office hours. Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
