Application No: 2022/41122 Proposal: Proposed two
storey front and rear extension and erection of new double

Application No: 2022/40919 Proposal: demolition of
existing property and erection of detached new building
with outbuilding Location: 16, Millbank, Lymm,
Warrington, WA13 9DG Applicant: Sue Clarkson.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration.
The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect
the character and appearance of the Conservation Area
within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country
Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Major Application No: 2022/41187 Application Type: Variation
of Conditions Proposal: extension of the final date of
restoration, permit the importation of up to 40,000 cubic
metres of material (soil) for restoration and to make
amendments to the final scheme of restoration Location:
Arpley Landfill Site, Forrest Way, Warrington, WA4 6YZ
Applicant: James Cook, 3C Waste Limited.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration.
The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major
Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town
and Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
Application No: 2022/41134 Proposal: Application for
full planning permission for the construction of 143
dwellings with associated works including the
construction of a substation, laying out of road and
footways, car parking and landscaping and application for
outline planning permission (all matters reserved), for the
demolition of 78 Rushgreen Road and the construction of
a primary health care facility (Use Class E) of up to two
storey and of up to 1,500sqm with car parking and
associated works. Location: Land South of, Rushgreen
Road (Former Tanyard Farm), Lymm, Warrington
Applicant: Bellway Homes Limited – Manchester Division.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration
and is required to give notice of it under the terms of
Article 15(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order
2015 (as amended). The proposed development does not
accord with the provisions of the development plan in
force in the area in which the land to which the application
relates is situated.
Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed
Building and the Character/Appearance of a
Conservation Area
Application No: 2022/41185 Application Type: Listed
Building Consent Proposal: Proposed redecoration of
interior and replacement of existing equipment Location:
Mulberry Tree Hotel, Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath,
Warrington, WA4 2AF Applicant: Parsons.
The Council has the above proposal under consideration
and is required to give notice of it by Section 5A of the
Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) as the
proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The
proposal may also affect the character and appearance of
the Conservation Area.
