NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Sophia Elizabeth Harrington has applied for a premises licence to Dorset Council in relation to The Club Wimborne, 23A Eastbrook Row, Crown Mead, Wimborne, BH21 1HN to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs to 03:00hrs,
Live Music, Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment 23:00hrs to 03:00hrs.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk .
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset. DT1 1XJ or by email: licensingteamc@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.
Such written representation must be received by 29/04/2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
