Canal & River Trust acting as Trus­tee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice to the following: Grant of easement in relation to the construction and subsequent use of one new pedestrian footbridge adj to the Hale Wharf residential development, N17.
The area within the ownership of the Charity is shown red on the plan to this notice, which can be viewed on the Charity's web page:
