Notice is hereby given that BootJegge Liquor Store Limited has applied for a premises licence to Warrington Borough CounciJ in relation to Bootlegge Liquor Store, 5a Ground Floor, Gilbert Wakefield House, 67 Bewsey Street, Warrington, WA2 7JQ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs to 24:00hrs (Remote Sales Only). Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. Such written representation must be received by 26/04/2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
