Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2022 (Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Sandhurst Close, Redditch)
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Redditch:-Sandhurst Close (west side): From a point 5 meters south easterly of its junction with the Sandhurst Close service road, by No.91, for a distance of 4 meters, in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

(C2036 Houndsfield Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2036 Houndsfield Lane from its junction with C2180 Alcester Road to its junction with C2041 Lea Green Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2180 Alcester Road, C2041 Station Road, C2041 Lea Green Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
14 days Commencing: 3 May 2022.

(U23433 Peterbrook Road, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: To close that part of U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with U23424 Haslucks Green Road to its junction with High Street (Solihull). Reason: Pipe renew work across the carriageway by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U23424 Trumans Heath Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, C2180 Alcester Road (Birmingham), Maypole Lane (Birmingham), High Street (Solihull) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 11 April 2022.

(B4497 Battens Drive, Redditch) (Temporary 30 M.P.H. Speed Limit) and The County of Hereford and Worcester (40 M.P.H Speed Limit) (No. 11) Order 1982 (Temporary Suspension)
Order 2022
Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of B4497 Battens Drive from its junction with A4023 Coventry Highway to its junction with U32329 Padgets Lane and to part suspend The County of Hereford and Worcester (40 M.P.H Speed Limit) (No. 11) Order 1982 for the duration of the order. Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by Stuart Weight Consultancy and Design Ltd. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 58 days Commencing: 11 April 2022.

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2041 Station Road from its junction with C2041 Norton Lane to its junction with A435 Becketts roundabout. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
