Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, Suzanne Lewis of 18 Rock Close Rock Ferry have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as The Lord Napier, 28 St Pauls Road Rock Ferry Birkenhead CH42 3UZ for the following, Licensable Activities:- Supply of Alcohol from Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday from 11.00 to 00.30, A full copy of the above application is kept on the council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainments-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the above activities may do so by writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by e-mail to licencing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 25th April 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 Fine on the standard scale. Dated this 28th day of March 2022.
