An action has been raised in Paisley Sheriff Court by East Renfrewshire Council, Eastwood Park, Rouken Glen Road, Giffnock, G46 6UG, to dispose of the property forming part of the common good, the property being the former Gate Lodge, outbuilding store, courtyard area and adjacent area in Cowan Park, Barrhead.
