We, Monte Hotels Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a Premises Licence has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council in relation to premises known as Stanley House Hotel & Spa and situate at Preston New Road, Mellor, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 7NP a brief description of the activities being sought by the application being as follows: regulated entertainment from 12:00 to 02:00 each day, the sale of alcohol from 00:00 to 23:59 each day (from 09:00 to 02:00 for non-residents) and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 05:00 each day.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
