Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1(1) a (2), 2(1) i (3), a 4(2) a (3) a Rhan Ilia Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, gyda'r effaith o wahardd unrhyw gerbydau rhag teithio ar hyd y darnau o ffordd a nodlr yn yr Atodlen isod ar wahan i'r cyfeiriad a nodir ynglyn a hynny.
Mae modd gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a wnaed ar 6 Ebrill 2022 ac sy'n dod i rym ar 11 Ebrill 2022, ynghyd a map sy'n dangos y darnau ffbrdd y mae'r Gorchymyn yn berthnasol iddynt, yn ystod oriau agor Llyfrgell Llangollen, Y Capel, 19-21 Heol y Castell, Llangollen, Sir Ddinbych, LL20 8NY.
Mae unrhyw orchmynion wedi'u gwneud gan Gyngor Sir Ddinbych neu awdurdod blaenorol yn cael eu diddymu gan fod y gorchmynion o bosib yn cyfeirio at ddarnau o'r ffordd wedi'i nodi yn y gorchymyn arfaethedig.
Os dymunwch gwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a wneir ynddo ary sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na fodlonwyd unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed ynddi mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, dylech wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwnnw cyn pen chwe wythnos o 6 Ebrill 2022.

Road traffic regulation act 1984

Denbighshire County Council has made an order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and (3) and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below other than in the direction specified therein.
A copy of the Order which was made on 6th April 2022 and which comes into effect on 11th April 2022 together with a map showing the lengths of road to which the Order relates may be examined during opening hours at Llangollen Library, The Chapel, 19-21 Castle Street, Llangollen, Denbighshire, LL20 8NY.
Any previous orders made by Denbighshire County Council or a predecessor authority are revoked in so far as such orders may relate to the lengths of road specified in the order.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 6th April 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
