Various Streets, Clackmannanshire (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will designate the sections of road as a 20 MPH speed limit to ensure that traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment and due to increased pedestrian and cycling use. Schedule - Sections of road over which a 20 MPH Speed limit will be applicable: A91 Menstrie - From a point 2 metres west of the west kerbline of Midtown in an easterly direction to its junction with Forthvale, a distance of 308 metres or thereby; A91 Alva - From a point 28 metres west of the west kerbline of Cobblecrook Gardens in an easterly direction to a point 63 metres west of the west kerbline of Norton Street, a distance of 648 metres or thereby; A91 Tillicoultry
- From a point 15 metres west of the west kerbline of Union Street in an easterly direction to a point 5 metres west of the west kerbline of Murray Square exit road a distance of 380 metres or thereby; A91 Dollar - From the west kerbline of Manor House Road in an easterly direction to a point 17 metres west of the west kerbline of Lover's Loan a distance of482 metres or thereby; and B913 Devon Road, Dollar - From its junction with A91 Bridge Street in a southerly direction to a point 159 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Dewar Street, a distance of 287 metres or thereby. The Orchard, Tullibody (Stopping-Up) Order 2022
The Council has made the above Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to stop-up a section of The Orchard, Tullibody for increased safety for pedestrians accessing Tullibody South Campus and to stop through traffic on The Orchard as it is no longer used by a bus service. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads. Schedule - Section of road over which the stopping up order applies.: The Orchard, Tullibody - From a point 54 metres or thereby west of its junction withNewmills, westwards for a distance of 32 metres or thereby. Alternative Route: Via The Orchard, Carseview, Newmills, The Orchard.
