The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*. (Burnt Ash Lane) T718

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order would be to remove 19 metres of existing waiting restrictions from a section of Burnt Ash Lane, on the west side, outside Nos 1 to 17 Mode House, in order to allow for the introduction of bus stop clearway markings. A copy of the proposed Order, of the plan of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be made available by emailing

trafflc@bromley.gov.uk

during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays.

ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/718 not later than 27th April 2022.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
