We Lawrance's Bakery and Bar give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Unit 1B, Maritime House, Discovery Quay, Falmouth, TR11 3XA.

The application is to : Sale of alcohol 11:00 - 23:30 Monday to Sunday; recorded music (indoors) between 08.30 - 00:00 Monday to Sunday. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Council Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 20th of April 2022. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
