Darlington Borough Council - Stands For Hackney Carriages (Taxi Ranks) - Coniscliffe Road

Notice is hereby given that Darlington Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 proposes to revoke the provision of hackney carriage stands at the following site:

Coniscliffe Road: on the south side carriageway from a point 20m east of the eastern boundary of 3 Coniscliffe Road, westwards for a distance of 45 metres.
If you wish to object to the proposal contained in this Notice you should send the grounds of your objection in writing to the Assistant Director - Law and Governance, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT (Ref: AE) by the 3rd May 2022. If you would like to see a map showing the site of the taxi rank proposed to be removed you can do so at Customers Services at the Town Hall during normal office hours. If no objections or representations are received within the consultation period the revocation will come into effect on the 10th May 2022.
