Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parishes of East Huntspill and Burnham Without Temporary Closure of Church Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Church Road - from the junction with Mark Road southwards for 375 metres. This Order will enable Milestone Infrastructure to carry out patching works. The Order becomes effective on 5th April 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 12th April 2022 and last until 12th April 2022 between the hours of 07:30 -18:00 for a total of 10.5 hours. Please visit
