Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary One Way) 2022

Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than
seven days from the date of this notice to make an
Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the
effect of which will be to implement the following:

Oneway
Bonomi Way From Whessoe Road To North Road

And to suspend the No Left Turn from North Road into Whessoe Road from Schedule 41.02 of the Darlington Borough Council (Moving Traffic) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow traffic to turn left into Whessoe Road as an alternative route. The Order is necessary to allow construction works. The maximum duration of the temporary restriction under this Order is 18 months commencing from 19th April 2022, it is anticipated that the restriction will be effective for 12 months.
