Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice Is hereby given that Mr Matthew Felton-Dimmack in respect of premises known as Chalk, Unit I, The Savoy Centre, 10 Pool Valley, Brighton, BN1 1NJ, applied to Brighton & Hove City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to add the provision for off sales of alcohol to be consumed within a designated area,to amend conditions 3 and 4 of Annex 3 of the Premises Licence relating to the sale of spirits and the use of the breakout/chill out area. To add new conditions to the Premises Licence relating to the operation of the outside area, off sales and provision of doorstaff to the area All of the conditions can be viewed upon request

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Regulatory Services Manager,Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JR or by email to

. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
