Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Conroys Bar Ltd have applied to BCP Council for the variation of a premises licence for the premises known as Conroys Bar (formerly Corner Cafe 33), 33 Sea Road, Boscombe, Bournemouth BH5 1DH. The application is to add live and recorded music to the licence and to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol from 08:00 daily until 01:30 on Friday and Saturday nights, New Year's Eve and Sundays immediately preceding a Bank Holiday Monday, with opening, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment continuing until 02:00 hours on those days.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, BCP Council, The Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk ) no later than 22 April 2022. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
