Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Isle of Wight Council on 28th March 2022 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Folly Inn, Folly Lane, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, P032 6NB.T0 vary the licensing plan for refurbishment works to include new bi-fblding doors in 4 locations and conversion of the rear door into a window. External works to include an extension of the patio to river frontage. New garden structures including new garden bar servery and kitchen to replace existing.
For full and further details please view the licensing plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25th April 2022 stating the grounds for making said representation to the Licensing Section, Isle of Wight Council, Jubilee Stores, The Quay, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 2EH or by email to licensing@iow.gov.uk

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
