NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hertsmere Borough Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) under Section 35C and Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 has approved the following variation of charges, with effect from Monday 2nd May 2022.
