Pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of David George PAYNE deceased 27/06/2013, of 74 Valley Drive, Withdean, Brighton BN1 5FD, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of the claim or interest to A WALSHE, 24 Kings Walk, Shoreham-by-Sea BN43 5LG, and to send such particulars before January 17th 2014, after which date the personal representative will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
