1. We, EMF Festivals Ltd, hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 24th day of March 2022 for



a Grant of a licence to operate a premises at Eastnor Castle Deer Park, Eastnor, Herefordshire, on which the following licensable activities are proposed: sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of films, provision of live and recorded music, late night refreshment between the hours of:

Jun 1, 2022 16:00-23:59 (sale of alcohol)

Jun 2, 2022 11:00-02:00 (sale of alcohol, late night refreshment) 17:00-23:59 (music, film)

Jun 3, 2022 11:00-02:00 (sale of alcohol, film, music, late night refreshment)

Jun 4, 2022 11:00-02:00 (sale of alcohol, film, music, late night refreshment)

Jun 5, 2022 11:00-02:00 (late night refreshment) 11:00-01:00 (sale of alcohol) 11:00-23:59 (music, film)

2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at:

3. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above (20th April 2022).
