Notice is given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004 made the following orders,

Merlin Way And Wanborough Road 30 Mph And 40mph Speed Limit Orders

Revocation of the 40mph speed limit on Wanborough Road Extension of the current 30mph speed limit on Merlin Way/ Wanborough Road from south of the junction with Kingfisher Drive to the junction of Burycroft and Horpit. Reinstate restricted road status for the speed limit of 30mph by virtue of street-lighting on Merlin Way from Merlin Roundabout. The Orders will be operative as of 4 April 2022. If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 30 March 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
