Notice is hereby given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL proposes to make the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:

(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 5) 2022.
Ref: (ST&I/TRO/High Street and Penhill Drive)

To revoke a length of 'No Waiting at Any Time' along the north side of Penhill Drive, east of the junction with Enford Avenue and replace a bus stop clearway with 'No Waiting At Any Time' along the east side of High Street, Old Town, north of Charlotte Mews.

(Non-Fee Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003. Amendment No.1 2022

To amend the Borough of Swindon (Non-Fee Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) by the introduction of disabled parking bays in Newburgh Place Car Park for the parking of vehicles displaying a blue badge for a maximum period of 1 hour no return within 1 hour. Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made completing the consultation form which can be found at

www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

under 'Stage 2 - Formal Consultation' under the reference quoted for each Order above by no later than 21 April 2022. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
