Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council public footpath no. 32 (Bradford West), Thornton Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Public Footpath No. 32 (Bradford West), Thornton should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No. 32 (Bradford West) from its junction with Thornton Road to its junction with Cragg Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the Order will be available via Thornton Road, Footpath No. 31 (Bradford West), Cragg Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect at 09:00 hours on the 4th April 2022 and will remain in force until 18:00 hours 3rd October 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
