Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Chik'n Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as CHIK'N, 79-81 Putney High Street, London, SWI5 1 SR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The sale of alcohol on and off the premises
from 10:00 hours until 23:30 hours, Sunday to Thursday and from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours, Friday and Saturday;
Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors
from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours, Sunday to Thursday and from 23:00 hours until 00:30 hours, Friday and Saturday;
Opening hours
from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours, Sunday to Thursday and from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours, Friday and Saturday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Safety and Licensing Department, Regulatory Services Partnership (Wandsworth), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX no later than 20 April 2022 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Wandsworth Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.wandsworth.gov.uk
