ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BENSHAM MANOR ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Bensham Manor Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Bensham Manor Road will be closed at its junction with Brigstock Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Boswell Road and Seneca Road and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CHERRY ORCHARD ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer connections and related works to Simpson House, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) Cherry Orchard Road will be closed between its junctions with Oval Road and Cedar Road;
b) Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced as necessary.
3. Whilst closure is in force, the alternative route for traffic will be via Lower Addiscombe Road, Shirley Road, Addiscombe Road, Chepstow Road and vice versa.
4. The Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 24 April 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

LEANDER ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water service pipe works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit Traffic in Leander Road, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the carriageway and the southeastern footway of Leander Road will be closed outside No. 87.
3. During the closure, the diversion route for vehicular traffic will be via Goldwell Road, Headcorn Road, Silverleigh Road and reversed, or via Goldwell Road, Redford Avenue, Fairlands Avenue, Blakemore Road, Silverleigh Road and reversed. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 05 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water service pipe works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic and parking in Norfolk Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) The carriageway of Norfolk Road will be closed outside No. 18;
(b) The eastern footway of Norfolk Road will be closed outside No. 18;
(c) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time outside Nos. 16 to 20 and Nos. 31 to 35 Norfolk Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be via St. Paul's Road, Manchester Road, Heath Road, Norfolk Road and reversed, or via St. Paul's Road, Parchmore Road, Heath Road, Norfolk Road and reversed. Pedestrians will be directed to the opposite footway.
4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

SHIRLEY PARK ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate connection works and the installation of a new hydrant, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Shirley Park Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Shirley Park Road will be closed at its junction with Shirley Road.
3. During the works the diversion route for traffic will be via Shirley Road, Glenthorne Avenue and Blackthorne Avenue, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within approximately seven days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate ferrule exchange works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Highbury Avenue.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) Highbury Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic between the north-western and south-eastern boundaries of No. 44 County Road;
b) The north-eastern footway of Highbury Avenue will be closed between the north-western and south-eastern boundaries of No. 44 County Road.
3. During the works the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be via County Road, Green Lane, Westminister Avenue and Highbury Avenue and reversed, or via Highbury Avenue, County Road, Norbury Avenue, Highbury Avenue and reversed, as appropriately signed. Pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footway.
4. The Order will come into operation on 20 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

NOVA ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate works to a water service pipe, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Nova Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:
a) Nova Road will be closed outside Nos. 62 to 66B Nova Road;
b) Parking will be suspended and temporary waiting and loading restrictions operating 'at any time' will apply in Nova Road outside Nos. 62 to 68 and Nos. 57 to 63 Nova Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in force the alternative route for traffic will be via London Road, St James's Road, Kidderminster Road and reversed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 18 April 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 21 April 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced if further works are required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
