(Gairloch Drive, Perkinsville) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 25/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 11 metres of segregated footpath that extend southwards From Ouston Lane footway and to the front of Heal and Toe Centre toward number 7 Gairloch Drive, Perkinsville to enable electric cable diversion works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be available locally via the associated footway of Ouston Lane onto the adjacent footpath of Gairloch Drive, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 28/3/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
