Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of Merton Council (www.merton.gov.uk) to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Club at David Lloyd Tennis Health and Fitness Club, Bushey Road, Raynes Park, London, SW20 8DE.
The application includes the following terms:
1. To expand the size of the licensed areas to include the extended spa and spa garden and to de-license the former bowling alley areas as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
