(Pendragon and Featherstone, Great Lumley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 25/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 110 metres of segregated footpath that extends eastwards between number 9 Pendragon to number 8 Featherstone, Great Lumley to enable new telecom duct and cable installation works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be available to pedestrian traffic locally via the footways of Kenilworth, Tintagel and Featherstone. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 4/4/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 2-3 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
