(Off street Parking Places) (Durham City Park and Ride Sites) Order 2005 (Amendment No. 1) Order 2022

The Council on 25 March 2022 made an Order under Sections 32,33 34 and 35 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 "the Act"), as amended, the effect of which comes into operation on 7 April 2022 and is to introduce 46 overnight parking bays for Motor Homes at the Belmont (Carrville) Park and Ride Site. Full details are contained in the Order, a copy of which may be inspected via the Council website and at Durham Clayport Library during normal opening hours. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by "the Act", as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from 31 March 2022 apply to make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
