(Broadviews and Cranleigh, Great Lumley) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 25/3/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 40 metres of segregated footpath linking front to back between numbers 43-44 Broadviews, and 35 metres of segregated footpath that runs adjacent to the gable of 1 Cranleigh, Great Lumley to enable telecom infrastructure works to be undertaken. Alternative route will be available via a local diversion to the north of Broadviews and via Cranleigh and Front Street and the link path adjacent to the church. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 8/4/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 3 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
