(Dryburn Park, Durham) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 275 metres of Dryburn Park between its junctions with A167 Sniperley roundabout and B6532 roundabout known locally as Blackie Boy roundabout, Durham to enable carriageway resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the south western side of the closure from A167 Sniperley roundabout south easterly on A691 Southfleld Way then northwards on B6532 via Dryburn Road to the north eastern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 20/4/22 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
