(Bromley Close / Apperley Avenue, High Shincliffe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on 71 metres of Bromley Close / Apperley Avenue, High Shincliffe to enable duct installation works to be undertaken. Throughout the period of closure, a diversion will be available to pedestrian traffic via Whitewell Acres. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 18/4/22 from 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 7 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
