Notice of Application for a New Premises Licence
Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mr Sinnathurai Ratnasingam has applied to the Southend-City-Council for a new premises licence for Appans 3 Superstore, 259 Hamstel Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 4LB to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 06.00 to 01.00 the following day all week. The address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected during normal business hours is the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, (Floor 13) Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ZG or on the Council`s website: www.southendboroughcouncil.gov.uk
Any representations by any other person or a responsible authority must be received in writing by the Licensing Authority by 19th April 2022 stating the nature and grounds for making such representation.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
