NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 28th March 2022 Deliveroo Hop Ltd applied to London Borough of Croydon Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Unit 1, Norbury Trading Estate, Craignish Avenue, London SW16 4RW.
The proposed licensable activities are:-
1. Supply of alcohol from 0000 to 2400 Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Place Department, Licensing Team, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon CR0 1EA (licensing@croydon.gov.uk) no later than 25th April 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Croydon Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Access Croydon Reception, Bernard Weatherill House, between 9 a.m. & 3.45 p.m., Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) or online via www.croydon.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
