(Epping Forest District) (Temporary Waiting Restriction) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 has made a temporary Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To temporarily introduce 'Restricted Parking Zone No Waiting At Any Time' on Sun Street and Market Square to maintain access and deter issues with obstructive and inconsiderate parking.
Nothing in the Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
Nothing in the Order shall apply to any emergency vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 28th March 2022 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months.
(Station Road, Loughton) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.29) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To relocate the existing Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm 1 Hour, No Return 1 Hour restrictions which are currently located on the east side of Station Road, Loughton, in the District of Epping Forest, from a point 5.2 metres south of the northern property boundary of no.46 Station Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 11 metres (this will be replaced with (No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm). These restrictions will be relocated and will replace the existing No Waiting Mon-Sat 9.30am-6.30pm restrictions at the below locations:

i. From a point approximately 1.2 metres south of the northern property boundary of no.46 Station Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres.
ii. From a point approximately 13.5 metres south of the northern property boundary of no.46 Station Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres.
Schedule 13 & 34 of The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2016 shall be amended as detailed above.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 04 April 2022

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(High Street, Roydon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 70m northwest of its junction with The Granary to its East Hertfordshire Border a distance of approximately 50m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2022 for 2 nights (00:55-04:35), or where stated on a valid permit (KL736BGK-20-10-260422 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing maintenance inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via High Street, Harlow Road, Roydon Road, Elizabeth Way Edinburgh Way, A414 Between Northern Town Boundary and Burnt Mill Roundabout, Station Approach, Fifth Avenue, Eastwick Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 260m southeast of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd April 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06043102/ NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Manor Road, New Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Mount End Road, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mount End Road, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 400m northeast of its junction with Mount Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30081131436 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Banks Lane, Mount Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway and a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.3) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit on those lengths of road in the Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
4. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in those length of North Road, Brentwood as cited in "The Essex County Council (North Road, Brentwood) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit) Order 2008" only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
5. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction in those length of Seven Arches Road, Brentwood as cited in "The District of Brentwood (South Western Zone) (Prohibition Of Heavy Commercial Vehicles) Order 1985" only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 7th April 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Waples Mill Farm Road, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 80m north of its junction with Berners Roding Road for a distance approximately 90m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC8W792R002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Birds Green, School Lane, Dunmow Road, Berwick Lane, Stortford Road, Chelmsford Road, Ongar Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Barncroft Green, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barncroft Green, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 90m northwest of its junction with Oakwood Hill for a distance of approximately 15m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th April 2022 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC312KN-LOUGH8126-FAL1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order came into effect on 24th March 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
