NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application was made to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council for a new premises licence under the above Act on 29/03/2022
Applicant(s): Candover Valley Wines, Preston Candover, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG25 2DS
Proposed licensable activities: Retail sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, used for storage and deliveries only. Business opening hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 hours to 18:00 hours.
Licensing authority: Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.
Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the precise nature of such representations to the Head of Environmental Services, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH by 26th April 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
