Notice hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To implement 'Disabled Permit Holders Only BAS007' on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified:

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile numbers TQ720 892 Revision 0 to Revision 1 and TQ715 892 Revision 1 to Revision 2.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 4 April 2022

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Cherrydown West, Kingswood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cherrydown West, Kingswood in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Nether Mayne to its junction with Lee Woottens Lane a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th April 2022 for 7 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (BC311WCSN597X004 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct blockage clearance and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Cherrydown West, Station Way, Ashdon Way, Nether Mayne.
The Order will come into effect on 7th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Eastwood Road to its junction with Roach Avenue a distance of approximately 300m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th April 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30022550252 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. (Fanton Chase, Shotgate) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fanton Chase, Shotgate in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Fourth Avenue for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30022356733 - UK Power Networks). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of South Mayne, Barstable/Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Broadmayne Roundabout to its junction with Broadway Link Roundabout for a distance of approximately 1494m (southbound only). The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th April 2022 for 3 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2324252 - Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
