FULL VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

MR ARMAN HAJ ABRAHIM has applied to Christchurch Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Blushh Restaurant and Lounge Bar, 29-31 Bargates, Christchurch BH23 1QD and propose to vary the license: To change our opening hours and sale of alcohol to the following: Friday - Saturday - 10:00am -2.30am To Change our opening hours to the public to the following: Sunday - Thursday - 10:00am - 12:30am Friday-Saturday -10:00am - 3:00am And add the following conditions: Last entry will be at 2:00am All amplified music will stop at 2:30am Applications are available for public inspection at Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street.  Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2013 may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 14/11/13-12/12/13. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
