Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Various Roads, Kidderminster North 40 Mph Speed Limit Order 2001 (Revocation) And (Various Roads, Kidderminster North) (40 Mph Speed Limit)
Order 2022
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit order and continue the existing 40 mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Kidderminster North:-
B4190 Habberley Road/Habberley Lane from a point 140 metres south west of its junction with UC12207 Canterbury Road in a north easterly direction to a point 24m north east of the roundabout at the Habberley Road/Habberley Lane junction. C2129 Habberley Lane/Habberley Rd from its junction with B4190 Habberley Road in north westerly direction to a point 40 metres north west of its junction with UC12250 Conningsby Drive and in a south easterly direction from the roundabout for a distance of 33m along C2129 Habberley Road. A442 Bridgnorth Road from a point 25 metres north west of its junction with UC12300 Honeybrook Lane in a south easterly direction to a point 26m north of the centre of the roundabout at its junction with B4190 Habberley Lane/Wolverley Road. UC12300 Honeybrook Lane for its entire length. C2183 Lowe Lane from its southern junction with UC12300 Honeybrook Lane in a generally northerly direction to a point 170 metres north of its junction with UC13233 Fairfield Lane. UC13233 Fairfield Lane from its junction with C2183 Lowe Lane for a distance of 230 metres in an easterly direction. B4190 Franche Road/ Wolverley Road from a point 70 metres north east of its junction with UC12329 Snowdon Close for a distance of 540 metres in a north easterly then northerly direction. A442 Proud Cross Ringway from a point 55 metres south of the centre of the roundabout at its junction with A4535 Mason Road in a south easterly direction to its junction with the roundabout at A456 Park Butts Ringway/Bewdley Road.There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.Documents in relation to this Order can be downloaded at:

Order made: to close that part of B4190 Habberley
Road from its junction with B4190 Kidderminster Road
for a distance of 500 metres in a north easterly direction.
Reason: Surface Dressing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4190 Kidderminster Road, A456
Kidderminster Road, A456 Bewdley Hill, A456 Bewdley
Road, A442 Proud Cross Ringway, A442 Franche Road,

(U13619 Heath Lane, Stone) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: To close that part of U13619 Heath Lane from its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 85 metres in a north westerly direction. Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent
Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion (Clockwise): C2081 Stanklyn Lane, C2187 Stanklyn Lane, C2187 Butts Lane, U13618 Barrs Lane, A450 Worcester Road Diversion (Anti-clockwise): A450 Worcester Road, C2187 Butts Lane, C2187 Stanklyn Lane, C2081 Stanklyn Lane and vice versa.

(U12147 New Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary One-Way Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: To close that part of New Road from its junction with U12135 Castle Road to its junction with U1218 Pump Street one way only in a Southerly direction. Reason: Crossing alterations by Datom Civil Engineering. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Southbound diversion: U12147 New Road, U12155 Oxford Street, A451 The Ringway (Southbound), U12147 New Road and vice versa.

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4194 High Street from its junction with B4190 Load Street to its junction with U10500 Lax Lane.
Reason: Sewer works by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. 1 day Commencing: 24 April 2022. (U12000 Stourport Road Service Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: To close that part of U12000 Stourport Road Service Road from its junction with U12001 Walter Nash Road East to its junction with U12058 Oldington Trading Estate.
Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Order made: To close that part of C2169 Hoo Road from its junction with A449 Chester Road South to its junction with U12616 Aggborough Crescent. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 Comberton Road, A449 Chester Road South and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 4 April 2022.

Order made: to close that part of U12152 Exchange Street/U12155 Oxford Street from its junction with U12151 Corporation Street to its junction with U12154 Bridge Street.
Reason: Carriageway drain renewal by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
