NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an agreement dated 31 March 2011 (and subsequently varied by Deed of Variation on 15 June 2011 and 27 July 2012) proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
Effect of the Order: All measurements are approximate and are taken from the extended kerb line unless stated otherwise.

1. To revoke all parking restrictions on the following length of road in Fitch's Crescent, Maldon in the District of Maldon and replace
with the following:

Both Sides: From its junction with Park Drive, south-westwards for 94 metres (both roads). Both Sides: From a point in line with the shared boundary of Nos.53/55 Fitch's Crescent, north-westwards for 39 metres.

2. To revoke parking restrictions on the following length of road in Mill Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon:

Northeast Side: From a point in line with the southeastern boundary of No.47 Mill Road, south-eastwards for 3 metres.

3. To introduce parking restrictions on the following length of road in Mill Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon:

Southeast Side: From a point 25 metres southwest of its junction with Regatta Way, south-westwards to its roundabout junction with Mundon Road/Limebrook Way.
Southwest and Northwest Sides: From a point 15 metres southeast of its junction with Mirosa Drive, south-eastwards and south-westwards to its roundabout junction with Mundon Road and Limebrook Way.
