BH4 9AE. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 02 day of December 2013. Activities: Sale of alcohol -Hours: 11.00am till 23.00pm -Days: Monday to Sunday.  Representations must be received no later than 14/12/2013.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
